Employee Relations Manager
Location: Downers Grove, IL (In Office)
Salary $68,000/year
We are searching for an Employee Relations Manager to help support a branch office out of Seattle, WA. This in office position requires an individual who has significant employee and labor relations experience, deep subject matter knowledge, and strong communication and interpersonal skills that enables the individual to work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee and labor relations issues and projects.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
• 2years experience with union & labor relations in an HR role preferred.
• Ability to advise management.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Acts to ensure compliance with FLSA and other applicable states and regulations.
• Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• High level customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
